After traveling the world for 10 years, Eric moved to his ancestral homeland of Ireland, eager to grow some roots. An avid cook, aviation geek, and lover of food, keeping the garden tidy in Ireland became a passion.
In addition to keeping all of the Irish garden birds happy, Eric started to look for ways to sustainably grow plants, herbs, and vegetables in his Irish garden, which he could then incorporate into some of his favorite recipes. This is how The Green Garden Life was born.
